Your Role
As a Private Duty Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing care in accordance with physician's plan of treatment and individual plan of care
- Assisting in the development, review, and revision of the plan of care
- Providing ongoing instruction and supervision to client, family, or other health team personnel
- Monitoring and recording patient's condition and documenting provided care services via electronic charting
- Participating in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required
