Job Description

In Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Full Time or Part Time, Weekday Visits
Springfield, MO and surrounding areas
25 - $35 Per Visit

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our In-Home nursing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities :

Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population.

Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population : Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.

May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services

Provide instruction / education on medication

Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements :

Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO

Home Care experience preferred but not required

Strong organizational and self-management skills

Strong and compassionate customer service skills

Valid driver’s license
