As a Pediatric In-Home Nurse, you will be at the heart of providing personalized care to children. Your responsibilities will include:
- 📋 Developing and overseeing individualized care plans
- 💉 Administering prescribed medications and treatments
- 📅 Scheduling and coordinating care alongside families and healthcare teams
- 📚 Educating families on their child's care to ensure confidence and continuity
- 📝 Keeping accurate and timely documentation of patient health records
- 🎓 Valid LPN or RN License in the state of practice
