We specialize in individual, couples, and group therapy, with additional opportunities for somatic-based healing such as yoga, art therapy, sound baths, and music therapy. Position: Mental Health Therapist
We are in an exciting phase of growth and looking for a driven, passionate therapist to grow with us. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic start-up practice where you can shape your career, develop your own therapy groups, and explore new specializations. Our Clinical Director offers supervision hours for Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) working toward full licensure.
This role can be part-time or full-time, with both on-site and telehealth options available at our Mesa, AZ location. While we cannot guarantee a full caseload immediately, we are committed to working together to build a thriving practice with limitless potential for growth. We take care of the credentialing process for you, ensuring you can accept insurance hassle-free, and we handle all billing so you can focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Conduct case management and collaborate with community resources
- Offer compassionate and inclusive mental health support
- Contribute to the growth of our practice through innovative therapy offerings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed Therapist or Counselor in Arizona
- Experience in mental health counseling, treatment planning, and family therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
