SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is responsible for leading the electrical construction team at Phoenix Industrial. As a Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

- Managing a team of electrical contractors and technicians
- Supervising electrical construction projects from planning to completion

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Five (5) years' experience/knowledge or combination of experience and education in a supervisory role
- Licensed as an Electrical Journeyman (Alaska State or from a Reciprocating State)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
