Responsibilities

System Management: Configure and maintain the Yardi ERP system, including setting up new modules, updating existing modules, and ensuring system performance and reliability.
Technical Support: Provide technical support for Yardi users, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and ensure timely resolution of user access problems.
Customization: Customize Yardi modules to meet user needs, improve performance, and integrate with other business systems.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the Yardi ERP system, including regular data backups and audits.
User Training: Train users on Yardi functionalities, create user manuals, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the system.
Vendor Coordination: Work with Yardi vendors for system support, enhancements, and integration with other business applications.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Yardi system procedures, configurations, and operations.
Collaboration: Collaborate with IT staff to integrate Yardi ERP software with other business systems and ensure seamless data flow.
Recommendations: Suggest improvements, upgrades, and new technologies to enhance the Yardi ERP system’s capabilities.
Custom Reports: Develop and maintain custom reports in the Yardi platform.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Yardi, and experience with M365 applications.
Advanced experience with databases and ability to query using SQL.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and system configurations.
Solid understanding of customer service principles and the technical aspects required to support and explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
Demonstrates strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to break down and communicate complex information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
Highly motivated and service-oriented, able to work effectively in a team environment, leveraging technical expertise and communication skills to deliver successful outcomes and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of technical experience as a Yardi administrator and five (5) years of experience in business systems applications, ideally in large real estate or regulated environments.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, and/or computer science preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant certifications in ERP systems or IT management.
Project Management: Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Security: Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
