Responsibilities
The Custodian will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of Phoenix Laser Solutions facilities, including:
- Floor Maintenance: Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and operating a floor scrubber.
- Trash & Recycling: Emptying trash and recycling bins and ensuring proper disposal.
- Restroom Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors; restocking paper towel and soap dispensers.
- General Cleaning: Dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and wiping down work areas.
- Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Assisting maintenance with general cleaning tasks, such as pulling pans, cleaning them, and reassembling as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Following all company safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
