Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers at various community locations to provide information and assistance.
- Educate and assist customers in understanding product offerings and enrollment requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify community needs and improve outreach strategies.
- Guide customers through the application process while ensuring accuracy and compliance with program guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve enrollment goals and outreach targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollments and customer interactions for reporting and compliance.
