- Work schedule is Monday through Thursday.
- Daylight shifts 6:00AM to 4:30PM. We don’t work weekends.
- Starting pay is $20.50 per hour
- 9 paid holidays, 10 days of PTO, and 5 days of paid sick leave every year.

Job Functions
- Set up and run CNC Mills
- Review completed parts to customer requirements and department standards.
- Be willing to give help and receive help from your teammates.
- Continuously improve. Always ask yourself "What can I do to make this better?"
- Adapt. The nature of work is changing, and we are changing too.
- Measure and inspect completed parts to customer requirements and department standards
- Prepare finished product for next production operation or shipment as needed including washing, wrapping, packaging, etc.
- Complete all required production paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. This includes using a scanner and computer to log time and completed parts
- Participate in and support improvement projects within production environment
- Assist in other cells as required, i.e., assembly, surface treatment, etc.
- Maintain a clean working area
Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Ability to pass Phoenix Mecano’s knowledge assessments
- Understanding of high school level reading, writing, and basic math
Physical Requirements
- Routinely required to use a hands, fingers, and arms in repetitive motions
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend throughout a work shift.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds | Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds
- Consistently required to use hand or light power tools
- Regularly required to move (push and pull) racks and pallets of product around production floor (up to 100 feet at a time)
