Independent Cleaning Contractor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, desks, and appliances.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality work.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $49.00 - $50.00 per day

Expected hours: 3 per week
