Front Office Receptionist/ Excecutive Assistant:

We are the coolest and hottest ad agency in the state (and fortunate to own a long standing publication in the Phoenix New Times). The coolness of MadMen the show "ain't got __ on us". We are passionate about what we do but we have fun doing it.

We are seeking a customer centric, dependable, individual to serve as the first point of contact with visitors and clients.

We have affectionately coined this person as M.O.F.I., which translates to: Manager Of First Impressions.

In this important role, you will provide assistance to individuals by responding to routine questions, answering the main phone line, performing general clerical duties and providing general information, both internally and externally. This is a PT position (with the possibility to be FT. The schedule is a bit flexible (Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm).

M.O.F.I. / Front Desk / Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet our incredible customers at the front desk with a smile and great attitude
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• General administrative and clerical support to include:
• Help with mail
• Help orchestrate lunch orders for in office client meetings
• Invoice filings
• Package Delivery Dissemination
• Address queries from clients, vendors or the general public
• Tidy and maintain the reception area during normal business hours.

Basic Qualifications / Desired Skills

• Ability to smile and make people feel comfy
• A “can do” attitude
• Solid communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel

Compensation/Benefits:

· $20/hr
