Analyst

The Analyst plays an integral role on our teams, providing client focused research and high-quality work products. The Analyst will have an initial focus on project management activities, product design analysis, operations functions, and quality management principles. The Analyst will lead small initiatives as part of a team to document problems, gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver value under the guidance of senior team members.

PhoenixTeam is a remote-first organization and applicants for this position can work from anywhere within the US. For this position, we will give consideration to candidates from the Washington DC Metro Area.

Key Job Functions

• Under direction of supervisor, assist with daily management of operational functions of the project team including preparation and minutes of DSU meetings, reporting process, and informational flow.
• Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, design of new functionality and project testing.
• Participate in project walk throughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthrough, functional test planes and implementation sessions.
• Develop new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and supervisors.
• Develop periodic progress reports.
• Manage written communication between stakeholders and internal business units.
• Manage and maintain content management and control process tools.
