About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and an active Illinois Physical Therapy License. Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- An active Illinois Physical Therapy License

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
