**Job Description:**
The Safety Management Coordinator at Phoenix Power Group is responsible for managing the construction of large commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building trades, leadership skills, and knowledge of engineering/design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the industrial building subcontractor from inception to completion.
- Coordinate work with multiple discipline subcontractors, including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
- Monitor progress and assess project costs to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Document and manage changes to ensure stakeholder interests are met.
**Requirements:**
- At least 5 years of experience in managing building trades for large commercial and industrial projects.
- Leadership responsibilities in construction and knowledge of building engineering/design.
- Background in high voltage electrical facilities and associated subsystems is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of building construction, craft agreements, jurisdiction, engineering, and safety.
