Responsibilities:
- Serve as a physical deterrent to prevent shoplifting and ensure a safe environment.
- Observe and report incidents, including taking photos of suspected shoplifters.
- Adhere to a strict hands-off policy: no engagement or physical intervention with shoplifters.
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports.
Requirements:
- Strong physical presence and ability to project authority.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Note: This is an observe and report position. Security guards are not to engage with or stop shoplifters. Your role is to provide a visible presence that deters theft and to document incidents thoroughly.
Pay Rate: $24-26 per hour
