We are seeking experienced, unarmed agents for various assignments in West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, and Torrance. Opportunities are available in nightlife, hotel, residential, and corporate environments, with positions ranging from part-time to full-time. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols around the property perimeter and through all interior spaces, including parking areas, to detect and deter unauthorized entry.
- Maintain a visible presence to provide a sense of security to residents and deter potential intruders.
- Identify, approach, and professionally manage encounters with homeless individuals attempting to enter the property, ensuring they are redirected away from the premises without escalation.
- Report and document all security-related incidents, irregularities, and maintenance issues in a timely and detailed manner.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
- Provide first aid and emergency assistance as needed.
- Engage with residents in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their security concerns and ensuring their safety.
- Participate in ongoing security training and awareness programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements :
Pay : Bi-weekly : $18 to $19 per hour.
