Summary Description:
Perform a variety of complex responsible and confidential secretarial administration duties to ensure program regulatory compliance. Attention to detail and an ability to perform multiple tasks are essential. Must be highly organized and able to work independently.
Phoenix Property Management, Inc Is a property management group that specializes in offering affordable housing options for the elderly, persons with disabilities and low-income individuals and families.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Following up with the property managers to obtain and complete any missing
documentation
· Assisting the various departments with special ad hoc projects and tasks upon
request.
· Maintain accurate files as required by the departments.
· Always being courteous and diplomatic.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
· Maintaining a supportive working relationship with other staff members

Knowledge: Correct English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation; business math; modern office methods, procedures and equipment; filing skills.
Skills: Following oral and written directions; interacting effectively with others; learning rapidly; interpreting/applying laws, rules and office policies and procedures; communicating tactfully and effectively in both oral and written form; working independently in the absence of supervision; analyzing situations carefully and adopting effective courses of action; Data Entry skills required; compiling/maintaining complex extensive records/filing; composing and corresponding independently. Organizational skills, attention to details and proficiency in Microsoft office Suite required.
Physical requirements:
· Occasional standing, bending, and reaching.
· Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate the organization’s corporate and site office facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
