What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Phoenix Property Management Inc.?
Reporting to the Property Manager, assist in performing a variety of supervisory and administrative duties required to provide a high level of service to the residents and prospective applicants. Operates within the guidelines of HUD regulations as well as operating consistently with established policies and procedures of Phoenix Property Management, Inc.
Responsibilities:
¨ Accepts rental applications, conducts screening of applicants, applies selection criteria, prepares application with recommendation for Manager’s approval.
¨ Corresponds with applicants regarding status of their application and maintains files.
¨ Greets and orients new residents at initial occupancy and reviews the handbook, the lease, the apartment and contents, the amenities, etc.
¨ Responds to residents’ service requests by completing work order forms.
¨ Prepares resident certifications, re-certifications, and processes billings and vouchers.
¨ Conducts regular property inspections including pre-move/in and post-move/out apartment inspections.
¨ Assists Managers in Rent Collection bookkeeping, bill submission, and rent rolls.
¨ Assists Manager in handling delinquent accounts.
¨ Prepares reports, correspondence, memos, logs, etc.
¨ Covers all site operations in the absence of the Property Manager.
¨ Assists with the development and administration of resident programs which contribute to and enhances a community of quality living.

- Assistant Property Management: 1 year (Required)
