Role Description
This is a part-time Patrolman role at Phoenix Protective Service located in Multiple Cities, MA. The Patrolman will be responsible for physical security, customer service interactions, effective communication, and responding to emergency services.
Qualifications
The Phoenix Basic Training Program is a multi-day Program where new patrolman will learn about our agencies culture and our expectations as well as certified Training courses in de-escalation, life saving skills, guest relations, mental health awareness, and legal training for security professionals in Massachusetts.
As security professionals we are responsible for the protection of life and property of our clients and their guests in which they serve. To do so we need to recruit,, hire, train, retain and re-train only the best quality officers to fill our ranks.

Qualifications
- Physical Security and Patrol skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Emergency Services
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement
- Certifications in CPR, First Aid, or related fields
- Stage 1 - Application
- Stage 2 - Interview: This Stage will consist of the candidate completing an in-person or virtual interview with members of agency command staff and executive staff.
- Stage 3 - Background Investigation: This Stage will consist of psychological assessments, criminal records checks, driving records checks, drug screening, reference checks and employment verifications.
- Stage 4 - Final Review / Conditional Offer: Candidates background, references, testing results will be reviewed for final approval and conditional offer letter being given to the candidate. Employment will be contingent on successful completion of the Phoenix Basic Training Program.
- Stage 5 - Basic Training Program: Multi-Day learning program for all newly hired patrolman.
