Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement automation solutions for various business processes. Utilize your expertise in robotics process automation (RPA), OCR and digitization to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze existing manual processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement automation solutions to increase efficiency, reduce handling time, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and technologies to complement and enhance our automation capabilities, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across different systems.
- Develop and implement data reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data across different platforms. Generate insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with valuable performance insights.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in claims and reimbursement processing. Leverage this experience to optimize and automate claims-related workflows, reducing errors and enhancing speed and accuracy.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of automated processes.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and develop effective automation solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven industry experience (10 years) in business process automation, including robotics process automation (RPA), OCR, and digitization.
- Familiarity with leveraging 3rd party capabilities and integrating them into existing systems.
- Strong expertise in data reconciliation and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Track record of improving efficiency KPIs of manual processes and reducing handling time through automation.
- Experience in claims and reimbursement processing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools (e.g., Python, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
- Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in automation implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
