Our team is committed to helping young individuals build life skills, foster emotional well-being, and succeed in a positive and supportive environment. 24 hours ALL Shifts AvailablePosition Overview : We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Direct Care Staff and Supervisors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care and supervision to the youth in our facility, ensuring their safety, well-being, and positive development. You will play a key role in helping each youth achieve their personal goals, while promoting a respectful, supportive, and structured atmosphere.Key Responsibilities : Provide supervision and guidance to youth residents in a 24-hour facility settingSupport youth in daily activities, including meals, recreational activities, and educational programsMonitor behavior and implement behavior management plans as neededAssist in the development of individual service plans and goals for each youthMaintain a safe and structured environment for youth at all timesCommunicate effectively with team members, management, and other staff membersDocument progress, incidents, and other required information accuratelyParticipate in training and development to enhance skills in working with youth in careQualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college education or related training is a plusExperience working with youth, especially in a care, educational, or behavioral setting, preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle challenging behavior in a calm, patient, and respectful mannerReliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentCPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)Why Join Us?Competitive pay and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and advancementOngoing training and professional developmentMake a meaningful difference in the lives of youth
