Position Overview:
The Partnership Activation Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of Phoenix Rising corporate partnership accounts. This position plays a key role in building and managing relationships and providing exceptional customer service to our corporate partners. This position will be responsible for execution and fulfillment of all corporate partnership agreements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide superior customer service for all PRFC Partners
- Responsible for contract management of activation and fulfillment of all partner assets
- Create and maintain fulfillment guidelines and continue appropriate follow up to ensure partner assets are received and delivered
- Manage partnership deliverables (signage, print, promotional items) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met
- Build strong professional relationships with partners through regular communication and events
- Maintain partner database through tracking, analyzing, and reporting on partnership assets, revenue generation, and campaign progress
- Support in the creation of proposals for new and existing partners
- Work with other departments to ensure proper partnership execution
- Coordinate logistics of all partner tickets, suites, and special events
- Act as a liaison between corporate partners and outside vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects while working with many categories of partners
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours for matchdays and special events including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Physical demands: the position requires the ability to move up to 30 pounds
