Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the residential and commercial roofing markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Educate homeowners about roofing solutions and assist with insurance claims.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through hard work, dedication, and resiliency.
• Continuously develop your sales skills through training and mentorship offered by Phoenix Roofing.

Requirements:

1. Be able to climb a ladder

2. Comfortable standing on roofs

This position allows your income to be unlimited and is based upon consistent effort, learning, and staying committed.




Pay: Average 60k - 200 k annual / (Fully commission based)




Training: We have developed a training program to get you fully prepped within 3 weeks. This will cover everything you need to know about our company and get your baseline trained for the position. However, do not worry if you feel like you have zero experience - we have developed a training program that is FOR YOU and we are invested in you!
