Phoenix School Counseling has a full-time school counselor position in a non-public High School for the 2025-2026 school year. We seek self-motivated and highly skilled counselors to lead in providing support to students in small schools with favorable student to counselor ratios. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guidance and College Counselor at Benilde-St. Margaret's School in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. The Guidance and College Counselor will be responsible for supporting high school students with academic counseling, personal counseling, and college and career counseling. The counselor will technically be an employee of Phoenix School Counseling.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in high school counseling
Previous experience in a school counseling role is preferred
College and career counseling experience also preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff
Public speaking ability required
Event planning ability required
