In this role, you will report directly to a Senior Project Manager or General Manager. Key responsibilities include managing project details and logistics while assisting with estimating as needed.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will :
- Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
- Schedule and coordinate production trades, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Procure materials and obtain necessary permits for job sites.
- Prepare detailed work orders and monitor project schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Utilize and embrace the use of technology to be more efficient and effective.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and client updates to maintain quality control.
- Assist in estimating and budgeting for individual projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation, billing, and reporting.
- Be a brand ambassador, representing Phoenix with professionalism and integrity.
