What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Cleaning Supervisor position at Phoenix Services LLC?
Industrial Cleaning Supervisor needed for a growing Toledo organization! You would work alongside and directly supervise up to 4 employees at a time in an industrial cleaning role.
Daily duties will include:
- Participate in and oversee industrial cleaning tasks required to maintain quality
- Training, coaching, and counseling employees
- Assigning jobs and tasks to be completed on a nightly basis
- Create and send out nightly shift reports to management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, punctual, and reliable. Basic computer proficiency, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a high school diploma or GED also required. 1-2 years of supervision or team lead experience in the janitorial sector also necessary. MUST HAVE valid driver license and own reliable transportation.
