Job Summary
We are seeking an organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a willingness to work overtime as this is peak season! This role is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support to staff and customers.
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Causal dress!

Duties
- Accurately file documents such as employee files, invoices, customer information, etc.
- Data entry
- Inventory counts
- Invoicing
- Weight and catalog products
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an office assistant, clerk, or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid drivers license
