We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with a 1 hour lunch, full time, fully onsite
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist job seekers with new hire paperwork.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Maintain cleanliness of office and front lobby.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional presentation.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
