Locally owned distillery in Temperance, MI is seeking a full time Production Associate!
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines with a sense of urgency.
- Produce, pack, and inspect raw materials and finished goods.
- Load raw materials into equipment; catch, label, stamp and pack finished goods.
- Set up and assembly materials and packaging.
- Initiate immediate quality and supervision review for any suspect or defective products and packaging.
- Participate in training of new employees.
- Uphold standards for cleanliness and safe work environment within your work area.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· 1 year of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
· Excellent communication skills.
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: M-Th 6:30am-5:00pm
- 2nd Shift: Tu-F 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Fridays schedule is 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 per hour
