We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves working the assembly of components, quality inspection, packaging, and press operation. Day Shift: 7AM-3:30PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:30PM-12:00AM
Responsibilities
- Assembly of components for automotive customers
- Operate metal stamping press machines
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain workflow and production goals
- Work collaboratively on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with machinery and equipment as they arise
- Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, the ability to work efficiently on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. High school diploma or GED also required.
