What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Phoenix Services LLC?
We are a well-established, full service staffing agency in downtown Monroe looking to add an energetic, detail-oriented individual to fill a Staffing Coordinator role. You would be responsible for identifying and matching qualified candidates to a wide range of our job opportunities and then managing employees after they are placed on the job. Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview potential candidates for clerical, light industrial and technical roles
- Provide timely feedback and follow up to clients regarding their staffing needs
- Administer assessments to identify specific skills in potential candidates
- Provide coaching and counselling to employees to ensure they are successful
- Build and maintain successful client relationships
- Other duties as needed
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor degree in Business or a related field, outstanding communication skills and proven working experience in a professional environment. You must also be able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency. Strong data entry and MS Office skills also required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
