Title : Business Analyst
Location : Phoenix, AZ (4 days onsite)
Our client is seeking a proactive, solutions-driven Business Analyst to help improve and document critical business processes, with a strong focus on franchise management, CRM, and service implementation. This role is not just about gathering requirements - it requires someone who can bring structure to chaos, advocate for the user, and help define how technology supports operations.
The ideal candidate is not an order-taker but a thought partner to business users - someone who can challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and build processes that align with business goals. This role is a blend of business analysis and light application management, ensuring oversight and documentation of the company’s application portfolio.
Your role :
- Business Process Improvement : Design, document, and optimize business processes, particularly in franchise operations, CRM, and service workflows.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, define, and refine business requirements—especially in an environment with immature processes.
- Application Oversight : Provide light application management by ensuring the company has proper oversight of vendors, system configurations, and source code documentation.
- User Advocacy & Testing : Develop user test scripts, conduct functional testing, and help business users define and refine their processes.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Technology Solutions : Identify tools and systems to support business objectives, ensuring the company selects and configures solutions effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with accounting, franchise teams, and external development partners (outsourced development team, internal developer).
