Location: Las Vegas (Hybrid)
Job Type: 90 day contract to hire
We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee a mission-critical Loyalty and Player Tracking System supporting 20 casino properties. This role is responsible for driving the stability, performance, and ongoing enhancement of the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integrations across multiple systems that support player rewards, marketing, hotel operations, and gaming experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in gaming industry product management, with a strong understanding of system integrations and loyalty programs, and the ability to work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver a high-quality product.
Your role:
- Serve as the product owner for the loyalty system, ensuring system stability, managing integrations, and driving ongoing improvements.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute annual system upgrades, evaluating the downstream impacts across all connected systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers to support shared integrations, particularly across POS and sports betting systems.
- Partner with internal teams to support the product s success, including:
- IT teams to manage networking, firewalls, development, and support.
- Marketing teams at both regional and corporate levels.
- Data and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap and long-term vision for the loyalty platform.
- Lead operational readiness and execution during major system releases, including an upcoming upgrade in September.
- Participate in system testing within lab environments and maintain a consistent onsite presence (minimum three days per week).
What you ve got:
- 3 years of product management experience within the gaming industry, with a focus on loyalty or player tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and API connections.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of slots, player earnings, and rewards programs.
- Background in gaming marketing or experience supporting marketing teams.
- Understanding of the development lifecycle and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with ATI loyalty systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and reporting purposes.
