Job Description
Title : Senior Business Analyst
Location : Las Vegas, NV - Hybrid schedule with 2 days / week onsite
Type : Contract with possibility of full-time hire
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's collaborative team. We are looking for someone who can quickly integrate and contribute. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, supporting various gaming applications, products, and marketing initiatives.
Your role :
- Gather, analyze, and document project requirements, including charters and business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Work primarily in a Waterfall environment with some Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with a Project Manager and multiple stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
- Develop process flows, diagrams, and use case diagrams to illustrate workflows and system integrations.
- Utilize Visio, Azure DevOps, and other tools to support solution implementation.
- Engage with networking, compliance, and product teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Support rollout and handoff processes for new system implementations.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
