Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: 6 month contract (with possibility of extension)
We are seeking a Java Developer to collaborate on the integration between our upstream billing system and multiple downstream provisioning systems. The role involves message conversion from XML to JSON, leveraging event messaging, and utilizing API layers for seamless communication between systems.
Your role:
- Collaborate with developers to build and optimize integration workflows.
- Develop middleware message translation layers to facilitate the flow of service orders from billing systems to downstream provisioning systems.
- Perform message conversion from XML to JSON.
- Implement event messaging and API layers for efficient system communication.
What you ve got:
- Proficient in Java development using Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP-based APIs.
- Hands-on experience deploying systems in OpenShift or similar container technologies.
- Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps, and deploying applications using build pipelines.
- Knowledge of backend systems related to provisioning for service providers.
- Experience developing with queuing architectures such as Kafka or ActiveMQ (AMQ).
