Title: Sr Test Automation Engineer
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid, local applicants only)
Your role:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain scalable automated test scripts for both backend functions and user interfaces.
- Work with a cross-functional team to test a high-performing application based on user stories and business requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and perform Regression and Smoke Testing with the project team to ensure system stability and performance.
What you ve got:
- At least five years of experience in test automation, including scripting and execution.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of QA concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile or SCRUM development practices.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Postman API platform, and test automation tools like Telerik Test Studio or Tricentis Tosca.
- Knowledge of local Water or flood irrigation systems is a plus.
