We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Team Attendant with the Phoenix Mercury. This position will be responsible for assisting the Basketball Operations department pre-game, during the game, and post-game with a variety of duties. This position will support the court management on game day operations working with teams, referees, and players to provide a safe environment for game day activities. The responsibilities will range from rebounding to cleaning up the floor and supporting the equipment staff with miscellaneous duties. The position works on game nights and the hours are directly correlated to the game schedule.

Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time. This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Pre-game
What You Will Do:
- Assist and rebound for players (home and visiting team) during warm-ups
- Prepare player benches with appropriate seat covers
- Organize and prepare in-game promotional items
- Assist with laundry services
- Mop court during game play
- Deliver/collect food and water for staff
- Assist during time-outs as needed
- Assist with free-throws
- Support staff with clean-up and storage duties
- Other duties as assigned
- Available to work 7-8 hours per home game, arriving three hours before and departing two hours after each game.
- Professionalism, judgment and maturity in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to create connections with diverse sets of people
- Ability to multi-task
- A proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Web or HTML experience a plus.
- Must be a minimum age of 16.
