Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Classifies and categorizes product data for seamless import into the CRM software.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date product information within the system.
- Manages data across multiple company sites, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Provides first-line technical support to staff for CRM software issues, troubleshooting common problems and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Facilitates a smooth onboarding experience for new CRM users, including system access setup, comprehensive training on functionalities, and ongoing support.
- Develops user guides or training materials on new CRM functionalities, potentially collaborating with software developers for clarity and accuracy.
- Conducts training sessions or workshops to educate staff on new features, best practices, and system optimization techniques.
- Stays informed about CRM software industry trends and best practices through continuous learning initiatives.
- Analyzes user feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the CRM user experience and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborates with the Office Systems Manager to recommend improvements to the CRM system configuration or customization, tailored to user needs.
- Actively participates in the implementation of new CRM features and functionalities, ensuring a smooth transition for staff through clear communication, comprehensive training, and readily available support resources.
- Develops and executes communication plans to keep staff informed about upcoming CRM changes, addressing potential concerns, and fostering user adoption.
- Monitors system usage and identifies areas where user adoption may be lagging, developing strategies to address these challenges.
- Communicates effectively with staff at all levels, including managers and external partners, providing clear and concise technical explanations.
- Collaborates effectively with the Office Systems Manager, software developers, and other departments to ensure seamless CRM operations, user experience, and system integration.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working with and entering data into a could based CRM software.
- Strong understanding of CRM software concepts and functionalities (familiarity with Maxaware is a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
