Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the assembly process. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical concepts and the ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment. We are located in the Fort Pierce Industrial park. We are hiring for additional staff to assemble our bike seats and Automotive repair tools.
Duties
- Assemble various components and products by hand.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the factory environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors.
- Keep a detailed production log to reflect quantities produced.
Skills
- Experience working on an assembly line or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques and processes is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely is a bonus, not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
