REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities and Maintenance
SALARY: $22.03 per hour
JOB DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision, perform work in the maintenance and repair of district buildings and grounds such as carpentry, painting and landscaping, as well as other related work as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Physical demands needed: ability to communicate with students, co-workers, and the public; ability to communicate over the telephone; ability to respond to telephones, bells, students, co-workers, etc.; ability to respond to classroom disturbances, visual cues, student requests, etc.; ability to do physical labor, follow directions, operate hand tools, ability to carry or lift loads up to 75 lbs., climb a ladder, drive school vehicles; requires strength and agility to physically perform job duties when necessary.
