What are the responsibilities and job description for the Theatre Gaming Floor Staff - PT position at Phoenix Theatres Entertainment LLC?
Position Responsibilities:
•Provide a friendly, helpful, comfortable, clean and safe environment to ensure a positive experience to Rezzanine guests.
•Verify game availability and update status for a seamless guest experience.
•Operate Point of Sale.
•Ensure all products are stocked and easily available for purchase.
•Conduct birthday parties and events.
•Promotion of Rezzanine through trips to local conventions.
•Operate A/V equipment not limited to Sound mixers, lighting systems, and production computer equipment.
Requirements:
•Strong understanding of common game mechanics and UI.•
Strong understanding of Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PS, and Nintendo Systems.•
Understanding of vMix or OBS preferred.•
Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude mandatory.•
Communicate and cooperate effectively with guests, co-workers, vendors and partners.•
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending on a frequent basis.•
Comfortable to communicate and work effectively with guests in a fast paced setting.•
Good verbal communication skills, basic math and cash-handling skills.•
Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.•
Nights/weekends/weekdays/Holiday availability required.•
Maintain and follow company standards and policies.
