Private Practice Associate Clinician
We are seeking an LMSW, LAC, or LAMFT who aligns with Phoenix Therapists’ Hub’s mission to create a more social, uplifting, and joy-filled mental health experience for therapists and clients, and who aligns with PTH’s values to Connect, Uplift, and Appreciate. We believe associate-licensed mental health clinicians should be fully supported as they continue to grow as clinicians and reach their full potential. We have our associate clinicians work on a W2 model for job and financial stability and the peace of mind that they will receive abundant encouragement and high-quality professional support from PTH’s business and clinical teams. At PTH, associate clinicians receive supervision, have room to continue to specialize and follow their passions, and have the opportunity to learn business and administrative skills that will allow them to develop the mental health practice they are dreaming of. This position will be full-time after a short provisional period.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona LMSW, LAC, or LAMFT license
- Experience in assessing and diagnosing behavioral health presenting concerns, psychotherapy, and clinical documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in measurement informed and collaborative care models, and partnering with primary and psychiatric providers to deliver improved healthcare for clients
- Lived experience as a member of a minoritized community and/or an interest in contributing to mental health initiatives for members of minoritized communities
Job Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop a treatment plan for each client, and update treatment plans and diagnoses as needed throughout treatment.
- Conduct therapy sessions using clinical best practices and evaluate client’s progress throughout treatment and to discharge.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for each client.
- Obtain client’s informed consent prior to treatment and throughout treatment as revisions are made to treatment plan.
- Ensure client’s needs are met by offering referrals for additional services and coordinating care with other providers as needed.
- Keep current on any continuing education requirements and comply with all licensing and regulatory requirements as applicable.
- Clinicians are expected to average 25 billable hours per week
