Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrative/ Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and possess strong skills in shipping and receiving processes. We are a fast-paced, and growing manufacturer in firearms. This position requires the flexibility to quickly switch projects as needs arise in the office, while handling all shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
- Utilize Sortly or similar warehouse management systems for tracking orders.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing orders.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to verify stock levels.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Purchasing all supplies (material, office supplies, perishables, etc).
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in office and shipping.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. (Attention to detail is essential).
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving role is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software applications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
