This temporary, full-time position is being offered by Phoenix Workforce Solutions for HSI Financial Services, LLC (HSI), a subsidiary of Phoenix Health Care Management Services, Inc.. Offering a full range of revenue cycle management solutions, HSI strives to provide superior service and financial value for its clients.
Position Summary :
To provide customer service support to hospital business offices in all aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while navigating between multiple systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following : (Other duties may be assigned)
- Work patient accounts through inbound and outbound dialing campaigns.
- Must maintain good customer service skills while assisting patients with general questions, processing credit card payments, and setting up payment plans.
- Thorough documentation of each patient contact or account activity in accordance with company and client policy.
- Work accounts effectively and efficiently while maintaining production and customer service standards. This must be done in accordance with all state and federal laws, HIPAA and other regulations.
- This position will require on-site training up to the first 4 weeks of employment, then will convert to remote work. Additional on-site work will be required
