They’re currently looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join their Business Transformation practice in New York, with a specific focus on clients in the Asset Management space. This is a fantastic opportunity to build deep domain expertise, work directly with senior client stakeholders, and grow into a leadership path within a highly respected consulting business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting transformation projects focused on operational effectiveness and regulatory readiness in asset management
- Conducting current state assessments and helping define future state operating models
- Mapping out business processes and translating them into strategic, client-facing solutions
- Assisting with system selection, implementation, and vendor evaluation
- Supporting business requirements gathering, testing, training, and adoption phases
- Creating clear, compelling presentations and reporting for stakeholders
- Providing insight into industry best practices and helping shape client strategy
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 3 years of consulting or internal experience in asset management, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Pension Funds, or Family Offices
- Hands-on exposure to fund structures, deal allocations, waterfall/IRR calculations, and investor reporting
- Strong process orientation and project execution skills across finance, operations, or systems
- Experience with platforms such as Advent Geneva, Investran, iLevel, eFront, Yardi, Burgiss, or similar
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint (SQL a plus)
