As our Content Writer, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our voice to life across channels. You will create compelling, audience-driven content that educates, engages, and empowers decision-makers across the healthcare, senior living, education, corporate services and leisure & recreation markets. From case studies and white papers to social and blogs, your storytelling will help position Centicor and its operating companies as leaders in hospitality transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Development
- · Create and manage a wide range of written content including:
- · Blog posts, thought leadership articles, and long-form features
- · Social media captions and campaigns
- · Email content for nurture and promotional campaigns
- · Case studies, client success stories, and testimonials
- · Marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and flyers
- · Website copy updates and landing page content
- · Industry white papers and executive briefs
Editorial Excellence
- · Translate strategic marketing themes into actionable and engaging content
- · Ensure brand consistency across all materials and operating companies
- · Maintain an editorial calendar in coordination with marketing campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- · Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams to source content ideas and success stories
- · Interview internal subject matter experts and clients to inform authentic storytelling
- · Support proposal and pitch content with persuasive copy
- · Performance-Driven Writing
- · Optimize digital content for SEO and engagement
- · Monitor performance of written content to inform future strategy
Qualifications
- · 3–5 years of experience in content writing, journalism, or marketing communications
- · Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- · Experience writing for B2B audiences in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or professional services (preferred)
- · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- · Familiarity with HubSpot, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday.com) preferred
- · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
