Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Air Product Manager with extensive knowledge of IBS Software and a deep understanding of the aviation industry, particularly in air products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of our air product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of the product strategy for air products, leveraging expertise in IBS Software to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and eventual retirement. Ensure that products evolve in response to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful launch and management of products.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products continuously meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of air products, using data and analytics to make informed decisions on product enhancements or changes.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure all products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. Stay updated on any changes in regulations that may affect product offerings.
  • IBS Software Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of IBS Software to enhance product offerings, streamline operations, and improve customer experiences.
  • Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including airlines, airports, and other key players, to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 plus years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on air products. Prior experience with IBS software is mandatory.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the aviation industry, with proven experience in managing air products.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in IBS Software and other relevant industry tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams and managing products in multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with agile product management methodologies.
  • Strong network within the aviation industry.
