Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to lead our print and social media strategy and contribute to our overall marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content that builds brand awareness, drives website traffic, and generates revenue. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with our brand identity and messaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Plan, design, and produce marketing materials in print or electronic format for the company’s customers, builder partners, sales teams, etc.
  • Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideas and implementation schedules
  • Review social media and marketing analytics and adjust if necessary
  • Research and monitor activity of the company’s competitors
  • Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of company e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
  • Plan, develop, and schedule email marketing campaigns, and utilize audience engagement reports to improve communications and grow email audience database
  • Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives
  • Respond to social media comments and direct messages
  • Monitor and respond to company reviews
  • Research industry trends and seek out new opportunities for both digital and traditional marketing efforts
  • Work with leadership team regarding plans for meetings, trade shows and other company events
  • Create and send promotional materials for company events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in communications, English, Publishing, Marketing, or related field
  • 1 year experience overseeing marketing / social media department with direct reports
  • 2 years’ experience with social media marketing
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.) along with social media management tools such as Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Stock, and Canva
  • Familiarity with email marketing software such as MailChimp
  • Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing
  • Excellent computer proficiency including Microsoft 365 suite of products
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within standard accepted practices.
  • Must be able to clear a background check and drug screening
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, see, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
