Reports to: Vice President Deposit Ops/Ebanking Technology Manager
Objective: Serve internal and external customers' needs working within Phoenixville Federal Bank and Trust's core values of: Service to Others, Commitment and Honesty.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via various platforms
- Answer department phone calls and respond to requests from the branches, internal departments and customers
- Process journal entries for Accounting
- Return mail processing
- Instant issue card printing/auditing
- Business online customer set up
- Process incoming and outgoing wires
- Mobile deposit and RDC deposit processing
- ACH file processing
- Assist with audits
- Assist with Positive Pay
- Actively participate in ongoing training
- Maintain records
- Shredding and filing daily
- Other duties may be assigned
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. This position frequently communicates with customers, co-workers, managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
