At Phothera Phototherapy, we are revolutionizing the field of phototherapy to make people safer, healthier, and more productive.
We are expanding our journey to help patients, improve clinical outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and expand market access. As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing touchpoints within strategic accounts, preferably IDN Health Plans, where establishing contracts mutually benefits the patient, the health plan, and Phothera.
- Secure contracts with assigned accounts, negotiating favorable pricing and policies within company guidelines and under the guidance of the VP of Strategic Accounts.
- Collaborate with assigned health plans to increase utilization of home phototherapy.
- Seek opportunities to grow within dermatology across healthcare models where cost-effective treatments are essential, including government, managed-care, accountable care, IDNs, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with payers, healthcare organizations, partners, providers, and KOLs in the healthcare ecosystem to enhance the company's market reach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop a close relationship with providers within assigned accounts, understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving increased utilization of home phototherapy.
- Identify and address customer pain points promptly.
- Bring VOC and competitive insight to the organization.
- Monitor data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
